Returns/Exchanges Policy

Regular price merchandise with tags attached will gladly be accepted for exchange, store credit or gift card within 14 days of the purchase date. Merchandise must be received back in the store within 14 days from the date on receipt. All items must be returned in a secure, insured package. Items must be unworn, unaltered and undamaged. Please do not send items back with odors, pet hair or stains as they are unsalable and will be rejected for exchange or store credit.

All sale merchandise, jewelry, sunglasses, swimwear and intimates are FINAL SALE.

When sending footwear, please do not use the original shoe box to ship footwear. Footwear and shoe box must be shipped within a larger box. Footwear must include the original shoe box in its original condition without postage labels.

When sending items back to us, a tracking number is recommended as we are not responsible for items that are lost while in transit. Once we receive your merchandise, a store credit/gift card will be issued within 3 business days. Please include your invoice or a print out of your PayPal e-receipt (these are emailed to you from us as well as PayPal) to receive credit for the full amount you paid for the merchandise. You will be issued a store credit on a gift card for the price of the item and any applicable taxes.

Sorry, shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
